Protected from up on high by the Prince of Darkness, darklord5 is the muscle in the outfit. His unpredictable playing style, learnt back when he was picking beans in Guatemala, means he can either go deep or implode early in tournaments. Mess with him at your peril.

Winner of the very first PokerPlayer Grand Prix, K_Unknown became a victim of his own success last time round. A big head and a woeful record in the second Grand Prix has put him near the bottom of the ‘most wanted’ pile. Show no mercy – take him to the cleaners.

Dudek has a long and troubled history. He’s been identified the world over as the easiest bounty to pick up through a string of spectacular freeroll failures, and it’s fair to say he’s only in the current line-up because he’s the boss. Treat him like a kid with the candy.

Tallulah provides the mystery and glamour of the gang. Opponents often think of her as a moll but she’s no cutesy pushover. She knows exactly where she’s going, doesn’t care where she’s coming from, and always leaves a big reputation behind her. Expect her to play dirrrty.

The pretty boy of the gang, Shafty proves that appearances can be deceptive. Since the last Grand Prix he’s found a ruthless streak at the poker table that belies his friendly nature away from it. So wait for him to wage a war on your chips and blame everyone else when the plan goes bad.

He’s been to the school of hard-knocks and from cleaning Caprice’s toilet HillyTheFish has proved himself against the world’s best in the 2006 WSOP. He might have been a fish once upon a time but this is one player who can actually play poker. All the more reason to suck out on him.

Cutting edge poker hypnotherapy may have soothed the savage beast but under his calmer veneer Dacey is still never more than one beat away from exploding into a vitriolic diatribe. Definitely the PokerPlayer most likely to bubble... and then moan about his luck afterwards.

The winner of the second Grand Prix, Colchester Kev is the new boy in town and the one the gang’s most likely to turn on if the job goes tits-up. Be warned though, Colch-Kev is the only one who’s earned his right to be in the PokerPlayer team. Everyone else is here on name alone.
